1- Inscription and payment
1.1 Inscription
To be regarded as final, an inscription is subordinated, when it is carried out with more than 30 days of the date of the departure, with the cashing of an installment of 30% of the entire amount of the services (heading appearing in the bulletin of inscription), except for a voyage achieved during French school vacations (all zones) for which the installment will be equal to 100% of the amount of the application of particular tariff conditions specified in the offer of voyages of Indigo Travels, consecutively to the sending by email of the bulletin of inscription filled and signed by the customer.
For any inscription with less than 30 days of the date of the departure, the payment must be carried out in only once and for the totality of the amount of the voyage. The inscription will be regarded as final only after the reception of this payment accompanied by the bulletin of inscription duly supplemented and signed.
For any reservation of fixed prices less than 10 days before the departure, of the “emergency expenses” of an amount of 50 ? by file will be invoicees.
1.2 - Payment
The balance of the amount of the voyage will have to be regulated, without revival of our share, at the latest 30 days before the date of the departure, any delay in the payment of the balance could be regarded as a cancellation for which it will be made application of the expenses of cancellation concerned below.
2. Travel Informations
2.1 - Formalities of police force and health
Indigo Voyage delivers this information for all the nationals of French nationality. The people of foreign nationality must inform themselves and get information, before undertaking a voyage, about the administrative formalities and medical necessary in particular near the qualified embassies or consulates. It belongs to the customer, to national of French nationality, to check that the documents, in particular administrative and medical, necessary in the sight of the achievement of the voyage, are in conformity with the furnished informations by Indigo Travels. It is highly recommended to the customer to check all information near the authorities concerned.
Indigo Voyage will not be able, to in no case, be held for person in charge of the consequences of the non-observance by the customer of the police, customs or medical payments, beforehand and during the voyage.
A customer who could not embark on a flight, fault of presenting the required documents, mentioned on the bulletin of inscription which was given to him, could claim with no refunding.
2.2 - Information on safety and recommendations of the French ministry of the foreign affairs
Indigo Voyage highly advises you to consult the Guinea card of the ministry French of the foreign affairs relative to your voyage (countries of destination and crossed) on Internet site www.diplomatie.fr, heading “the French and the foreigner”, or to inform you by telephone to the 01 43 17 94 93 (Ministry for Foreign Affairs).
3. Conditions and expenses of cancellation
If the customer is in the obligation to cancel his voyage, it will have to inform of it Guinea Voyage by registered letter with acknowledgement of delivery, as soon as possible: it is the dispatch date of the registered letter with acknowledgement of delivery which will be retained like goes back to cancellation for the invoicing of the expenses of cancellation.
Scale of the expenses of cancellation :
- more than 30 days before the starting date: 77 € per person.
- from 29 to 21 days before the starting date: 25% of the entire amount of the services.
- from 20 to 15 days before the starting date: 50% of the entire amount of the services.
- from 14 to 8 days before the starting date: 75% of the entire amount of the services.
- from 7 to 3 days before the departure: 90% of the entire amount of the services.
- less than 3 days before the departure: 100% of the entire amount of the services.
Particular cases :
- Indigo can offer to the customer products whose character is exceptional either because of very advantageous tariffs, or on dates which correspond to significant events (dates particularly charged) or for other reasons which have as a consequence the modification of the scale of the expenses of cancellation. In such a case the expenses of cancellation which will apply will be indicated on the preliminary information memorandum relating to the voyage.
The other provisions of present will continue to apply.
- When several customers were registered on the same file and that one of them cancels its voyage, the expenses of cancellation are taken on the general amount of the installments, whatever the author of the payment.
- In the event of cancellation, for some reason that is, the expenses external with the fixed prices and engaged by the customer such as expenses of obtaining of the visas, documents of voyages, expenses of vaccination could not be the subject of any refunding.
4. Air transport
In accordance with the Convention of Warsaw, the airline company that you will use can have to modify, without notice, in particular schedules and/or the route. These modifications like any technical incident external to Indigo, delay, cancellation, strikes external to Indigo, additional stopovers, change of apparatuses, course, political events, climatic could not justify for the customer a renunciation of the voyage without expenses or the payment of unspecified allowances by Indigo.
5. Insurances
We invite you to subscribe an assistance repatriation and will ask you to communicate the coordinates of them to us before your arrival.
Indigo Voyage is covered by an insurance civil responsibility.
